About JTS RV Inc
JTS RV Inc handles on-site and off-site RV work around Pentwater, Michigan. The shop does appliance repair, AC and awning work, hauling, and carries RV supplies and parts. It's a family operation, and the reviews show it: people mention the owner by name and describe staff as friendly and easy to deal with. Reviewers keep coming back to two things, know-how and price. One camper stopped in on the way home with a problem and got back on the road fast. Another had a water heater fail mid-trip nearby and says the diagnosis and part swap took under an hour. Several mention awning covers and motors ordered and installed quicker than expected, and one praises the shop for sending someone out on a holiday weekend. The parts side gets noticed too. Reviewers describe a shop full of supplies, and one traveling from Georgia left a camper for the winter and had an AC unit and microwave replaced by phone and email. Hours vary, so call ahead if you're rolling in late.
