About Ketelsen RV Elk Run Heights
Ketelsen RV in Elk Run Heights is one of three Iowa locations, alongside Hiawatha and De Soto. They sell new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, and livestock trailers, with brands like Braxton Creek, Grand Design, Hart Livestock, KZ RV, and Springdale. The Google rating sits at 4.6 from 143 reviews. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, calling out Kyle, Josiah, Travis P., Mike, and Troy for being kind and eager to help. Several describe the sales process as no-pressure, with one couple noting they weren't pushed into a brand new camper. A first-time buyer said the walkthrough took hours and nobody rushed them. Service experiences are mixed. One reviewer had a refrigerator repair and warranty work handled well, but another reported recurring issues a year after purchase. If you're mid-trip with something broken, it's worth asking about scheduling and warranty coverage when you call.
