About Kunes RV of Fox Valley West
Kunes RV of Fox Valley West in Neenah is an RV dealer that also handles repair and maintenance, detailing, parts, and financing. It's part of a larger midwestern group with locations across the region, so there's a steady flow of new and used units coming through. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and describe them as kind and responsive. Many say they felt no pressure to buy, and a few note that questions got answered even on days off. One theme that pops up is the financing process, which several people found straightforward. Warranty work gets mixed feedback: some say fixes were made quickly, while others mention small issues that should have been caught during prep. Services cover roof, AC, and awning work, plus mobile help, though it's best to call ahead for that. There's a parts store on site and warranty services are available. Weekend hours are listed, so you can stop by when you're not at work. The overall rating sits at 4.2 from 360 Google reviews. If you're mid-trip and need a repair, this is a place where the sales side gets most of the praise, but the service bay handles the usual fixes.
