About La Mesa | RecVan – Phoenix RV & Motorhome Service
La Mesa RecVan in Phoenix handles RV and motorhome repairs, from air conditioning and electrical to brakes and body trim. They also offer mobile service and roof and awning work. The shop has a 3.1-star rating from 43 Google reviews, and the feedback is mixed. Some reviewers praise the staff. One said Christy in service scheduling got them in quickly when they were passing through on a trip home. Another credited Dominic with resolving a warranty issue that the manufacturer had denied. But communication problems come up often. One customer called for two weeks and only got a single call back, five minutes before closing. Another said a warranty claim on a warped solar panel was denied by the service team, then approved by the manufacturer after they sent photos directly. The sales side gets better marks than service. A reviewer who bought a fifth wheel there said the purchase was quick and pleasant, but a later service visit was disappointing. If you go, a few reviewers suggest asking for Dominic or Christy by name.
