About Laken Water Sports
Laken Water Sports is a boat dealer on the Phoenix side that also runs a full-service shop, and the techs there take on RV work alongside boat repairs. If something on the roof or the AC needs attention, that is the kind of job they list. The certified crew handles maintenance and parts too. Most of the 105 reviews are about buying boats, and that is where the shop gets its 4.4. People describe the sales side as low pressure and say staff walk you through how everything works, sometimes over two visits. Financing comes up as a smooth part of the deal, and one out-of-state buyer said the team held a boat for two weeks until they could get back. Repair reviews are thinner but positive. One caller had a rough time in the parts department over an older boat, so set expectations on older parts before you go. Weekends are mentioned, so call ahead on hours.
