About Lakeshore RV Center
Lakeshore RV Center is a big dealer in Muskegon, and it also runs a repair shop and parts counter on site. Service and parts cover the major brands, so a broken rig can often get looked at without hunting down a second shop. Reviewers talk most about the selection of trailers and campers, and a lot of them mention how smoothly the buying process went. Plenty of out-of-state buyers make the trip, and a few say the shop got them in on short notice or handled winterization. Staff come across as kind and patient, with several shout-outs by name for people who answered questions and walked them through the unit. Sales pressure seems low; more than one person noted no pressure sales. It is worth reading the negative reviews too. One owner said they got a reply about new staff and procedures but no fix for the original complaint. The shop handles RV repairs, hitch installation, and parts.
