About Lone Star Mobile RV Service, Inc
Lone Star Mobile RV Service is a mobile repair shop based in Spearfish, South Dakota. They're in the Black Hills for the summer and back in Texas for the winter, so check their website for where they are this month. Chris is the name you'll see in reviews, and he's the one who answers the phone. Cell service can be tricky if he's out in the canyon, so call or text. Reviewers talk about punctuality a lot. One says he answered at 7am and had a repairman out by 9:30. Another mentions Chris cutting his own getaway short to fix an electrical problem. People also mention clear explanations and fair prices. The electrical work comes up often, along with generator and AC issues. One couple had a converter replaced in a few hours; another had a black tank flush problem fixed the same day. The shop handles air conditioning, batteries, electrical systems, Aqua Hot, and cabinet repairs, and they work on roofs and awnings too. With 18 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, the theme is trust: people say he doesn't overcharge and explains what he's doing before he starts.
