About M & R RV Repair LLC
M & R RV Repair in Hickory is the kind of shop you call when a trip is on the line. They do motor home repair, 5th wheel work, camper fixes, and roadside help. The mobile service means they can come to you. They also handle generators, and one reviewer said theirs ran like a purring kitten after the visit. Reviewers keep saying the same things: the crew is knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. One person said the staff knew more than any RV dealer. Another appreciated that they explained everything as they went. Someone else mentioned a no-wait appointment and a job done in two hours. Not every story ends well. One customer said a callback never came after a water balance and jack repair, and repeated voicemails went unanswered. Most reviews are positive, but that one is there too. The shop is not open 24/7, so check hours before you head over.
