About Mann's RV
Mann's RV is a family owned dealership and service center in Rutland that has been around since 1964. They sell travel trailers and 5th wheels, stock parts and accessories, and service travel trailers. Open year 'round, and you can call or text them. Reviewers talk about the sales staff knowing their stuff without pressure, and several mention buying both new and used trailers here. Service comes up a lot too: getting worked in on short notice before a holiday weekend, a fix done right at a fair price, and a manager who walked a customer through a problem over the phone after they got home. Parts folks get praise for ordering what you need and calling you back. The parts counter has handled things like water heater parts and faucet repair, and winterization shows up in reviews. One review is rough, a used motor home that broke down on a trip. The rest lean positive on customer service.
