About Mathews RV Sales & Services
Mathews RV Sales & Services on the Anderson side handles repairs, parts and AC work, and the reviews suggest the counter staff will talk you through a problem before you commit to a bay. One owner called about dead front jacks and got talked through the fix over the phone, back on the road without an appointment. Jeff gets named a lot. He came out on a Sunday for one reviewer, and another had an emergency handled along with a smaller item while he was there. A travel trailer with a charging issue got in within a day of calling and was fixed the next day. People describe the shop as a local family business worth supporting, friendly and quick with communication on parts swaps. Not every story lands. One reviewer says recall work was promised and never happened, with calls going unanswered until the manufacturer sent someone else. It's worth reading the reviews yourself and confirming the job before you hand over the keys. Weekend and emergency calls come up often, so if you're stuck, it's a reasonable first call in Anderson.
