About McKeever RV
McKeever RV sits in Sweetwater, Tennessee, and handles sales, parts and service for RVers passing through East Tennessee. It's a family-owned operation, and reviewers keep coming back to that small-shop feel, with one noting they even met the owner. The parts counter gets a lot of praise. One reviewer needed an air conditioner for a fifth wheel after a run-in with a low power line, and the staff walked through the options without pressure. Another had a trailer plug break on the way to Alabama and said the crew went out of their way to fix it. Service techs get called knowledgeable and friendly, and buyers mention quality campers and fair pricing on travel trailers and campers. The sales process draws mixed notes. One reviewer was happy with the financing but unhappy that a brake controller showed up on the final bill without being mentioned first. Worth asking about before you sign. Call ahead for shop hours.
