About Mercedes-Benz Van Center - Warner
This is a factory-designated Mercedes-Benz Van Center, so they see a lot of Sprinters and Class B RVs. Reviewers mention same-day appointments for emergencies and quick repairs that got them back on the road. One said their DEF code was fixed fast, and another had a Voltagen system diagnosed in under a week. The shop handles warranty work, alignments, suspension upgrades, and sliding door repairs. They're also an authorized Storyteller service center and a Field Van dealer, so they know the RV side of these vans. Service A and B, DPF, and electrical diagnostics are on the menu too. With 641 Google reviews at 4.8 stars, the feedback leans positive, especially on scheduling and fast turnaround. Not every visit is perfect, but for Sprinter and Class B owners passing through the Salt Lake area, it's a solid option.

“Our 2019 Sprinter 2500 4x4 threw a DEF problem code while we were driving west from Granby, Colorado. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment that fit into our schedule. The service writer was courteous and knowledgeable.” – John P., 4 months ago, on Google
“This location is a factory service center for Voltagen power systems. I had tried to get my local dealer to fix the Voltagen system on my 2023 Winnebago Travato KL, but they were in over their heads.” – Brian B., 4 months ago, on Google
