About Mike Thompson's RV Super Store
Mike Thompson's RV Super Store is a family-owned dealership and repair shop that's been around since 1972. They sell and service RVs across Southern California, with this location in Fountain Valley. The place is big, and they carry top-selling brands, so there's plenty to look at if you're shopping. Reviews are mixed. Some buyers had a great experience with salespeople who were honest and didn't pressure them. One reviewer said their salesman was "one of the good ones" and helped them find the right RV for their family. Others mention issues with warranty repairs and customer service. A few people had trouble getting warranty refunds or repairs done in a timely manner. The shop does offer parts and warranty service, and they're open on weekends. If you're handy, you might appreciate that they have a parts department. But if you need service, be prepared to follow up. Overall, the reviews show a place that can be hit or miss, so it's worth checking recent feedback before you go.
