About Mobile Service
This is a mobile RV repair service based in Reno, so the tech comes to your rig instead of you hauling it somewhere. Reviewers keep mentioning Alex, who shows up when he says he will and walks you through what he is doing before and during the job. One owner described him showing up 15 minutes after an 8:15 call and fixing a water leak in about 2.5 hours. The review topics that come up most are diagnosis, electrical work and water heaters. One person stuck on moving day with jacks that would not operate said he spent over 30 minutes on the phone helping sort it out without charging for the call. A Solis owner with a frozen plumbing leak called his skills extraordinary. Another camper had a fresh water tank that had come loose and dropped about 5 inches; the fix held after two earlier attempts. Not every review is glowing. One owner felt the water heater job ran high for the part. Weigh that against the faster responses others describe, and call ahead to talk through the job.
