About Motorhome Medic
Motorhome Medic is a family owned mobile RV repair service based in Naples. The certified technician comes to you, so you skip hauling the rig to a shop. Rooftop air conditioning is the specialty, including warranty AC work, and they also handle awnings and canvas replacement, plumbing, water heaters, and general maintenance. Parts are ordered as needed. Across 49 Google reviews the rating sits at a perfect 5.0. Reviewers keep describing the same tech, Josh, and what comes up most is how he tracks down the actual cause instead of guessing. One owner said he followed a fridge wire until he found a small break underneath. Others mention AC motors replaced, a water heater swapped, and a dead circuit fixed in a fifth wheel. People also write about the practical stuff: quick scheduling, showing up when promised, and help filing a warranty claim so the repair could move. A few got advice by phone before booking. It is not a 24/7 operation, so check hours before you call.

What renters mention
“I called Motorhome Medic because our AC stopped working and the refrigerator would not turn on. I was honestly very impressed with Josh. It is very hard to find someone that will genuinely troubleshoot an issue in todays world.” – Susan M., 2 years ago, on Google
“We came across Josh on a Monday in our RV Park and stopped to ask if he could figure out what was wrong with one of our AC units. He came by when he was done with the job and determined we needed a new motor.” – Sharon K., a year ago, on Google
“We know Josh outside of his business, and both outside and while on the job, he is a great guy! A lot of times it seems when you buy something from Camping World they are great to sell you something, but not always good to fix it!” – Bryan K., a year ago, on Google
