About National Fleet Management, Inc.
National Fleet Management is a heavy-duty repair shop in Durham that also handles RVs. They opened in 2008 and work on everything from 18-wheelers to recovery vehicles. For RV owners, they list mobile repair and AC service among their offerings. Reviewers often mention the staff. Several call out a front desk person with blue hair as warm and helpful. Others name the shop foreman, James, and technician, Carter, saying they diagnose and fix trucks correctly without long downtime. Quick turnaround and fair pricing come up more than once. One customer said Ricky Pifer was informative and knowledgeable. Not every visit goes smoothly. Some reviews describe repeat problems after major engine work and long waits. The shop has a 4.1 rating from 62 Google reviews. If you need chassis or body work, or emergency service, it's worth a call to see what they can do for your rig.
