About New Horizon RV
New Horizon RV is a family owned and operated full service facility in San Mateo, handling sales, service, parts and storage. The shop has a combined 60-plus years in the RV industry, and reviewers keep coming back to the same words: polite, professional, honest. Folks bring them the stuff that breaks on the road. Awnings, A/C units, electrical work, toilets, capacitors. One reviewer said the team diagnosed a toilet that kept running and leaking, laid out options, and did the fix. Another had a power box replaced and an A/C cutting out tracked to the shore power box. Several mention parts were on hand or sourced fast when supplies were short. People also write about the people. Reviewers call out Terry, Linda, DJ and Monica by name, and a lot of them describe learning something while they were there. It's a 4.7 from 162 Google reviews. The place is wheelchair accessible, and they do consignment, parking, storage and used parts too.
