About NTC. INC
NTC Inc. is a truck repair shop in Naperville that also lists RV repair, inspection and supply among its services. They've been around since 2008 and handle everything from oil changes and brakes to AC work and electrical diagnostics. If you're broke down mid-trip, they're set up for emergency repairs and offer a warranty on the work. Reviews are mixed. Some drivers praise the crew as knowledgeable and passionate about trucks, with accurate diagnosis and speedy service. One reviewer said they know semi tractors inside and out. But others had rough experiences. Complaints include poor communication, a lost tire, and an electrical job where cheap cords overheated. One customer said their old engine was thrown away after a swap. It's a busy shop, so ask questions upfront and get a clear estimate. The place handles trucks and trailers, and the RV side covers inspections and parts. With a 4.6 rating from 74 reviews, there are happy customers, but the negative ones stick out.
