About Ocean Lakes RV Center
Ocean Lakes RV Center sits one block south of the Ocean Lakes Family Campground entrance, so it's a natural stop for campers in the area. They sell new and used RVs from Durango, Salem, and Salem Hemisphere, and keep a big parts and supply store with a large selection of YETI products. It's been there since 1972. The service center handles roof, AC, and awning work, and their techs can come to you at area campgrounds. Reviewers mention both sides of that: one praised Floyd Jackson for going above and beyond over the phone, while another complained about rude techs and unclear pricing. Some also note you need a golf cart or bike to get around the park, though the shop is easy to pull into. Call ahead if you're planning to shop near closing time; one reviewer drove hours and got turned away just before 5.
