About Open Road Mobile RV Repair
Open Road is a mobile service, so the tech comes to where your rig is parked in the Melbourne area. They handle AC, roof, awning and electrical work, plus annual maintenance and Aqua Hot service. No engine or chassis repair, so don't call them for drivetrain trouble. The technicians are licensed, insured and RVIA certified, and they process warranty claims daily. Reviewers keep mentioning Kelly by name. People describe him as quick to find the problem and good at explaining it without the jargon. One owner said he finished almost two hours faster than planned. Out of 245 Google reviews the shop sits at 4.8. Scheduling comes up a lot in a good way, with folks saying the office was easy to deal with and got a tech out within a couple hours. Several reviews mention warranty companies being worked with directly, and one owner had a new AC unit ordered and installed within two days. They don't run 24/7, but weekends are mentioned.
