About PenPac RV
PenPac RV is a repair shop in Redmond that handles body and trim, collision and fiberglass repair, electrical, slideouts, and interior renovations. They also take warranty work. Truck campers come up a lot in the 14 Google reviews, and the shop gets mentioned for knowing Host campers well. Reviewers talk about fiberglass repairs that blend in so you can't spot the patch. A few mention estimates that came in fair, and one says the final bill landed well under the quote. People also note quick turnaround on installs like a fridge or AC unit, sometimes finished in a day. One reviewer had a long, frustrating wait on a siding repair and says a couple of phone calls to manufacturers helped push it along. So ask about timelines up front on bigger jobs. Folks drive from a few hundred miles out for the fiberglass and camper work.

What renters mention
“I have a truck-camper that I backed in to resulting in a fiberglass rent. I took it into a big center and then had it for 5-6 months at which point I elected to go somewhere else. I then tried a repair shop. Their estimate was far to much.” – Roger M., 3 years ago, on Google
“I had a new refrigerator and air conditioner installed in my truck camper at PenPac. I needed it done in a day, and they were able to complete the work in a day, saving me an additional 500-miles in driving.” – Dave R., 2 years ago, on Google
“We had a small ding in the rear fiberglass end cap on our camp trailer. I sent Dan some photos and he responded with what seemed a very fair estimate. We took it in the next week. They called in a few days saying it was done.” – Evan T., a year ago, on Google
