About Pierce RV Supercenter
Pierce RV Supercenter sits in Great Falls and covers both sides of RV ownership: sales and service. Reviewers bring trailers in for repairs and also buy units here, so it's a place people come back to. On the repair side, the stories are about speed and being worked in. One couple limped in with a water leak pouring from the underbelly and a dead fridge on two trailers, and had the leak fixed in a day. A traveler 2,600 miles from home with AC trouble got squeezed in on short notice. Reviewers keep naming staff like Randy and Brad in the parts and service departments, and a Saturday stop for trailer issues turned into a salesman making calls to sort it out. There's a parts store on site, and customers mention hard-to-find pieces being in stock. Sales visits get described as no pressure, with a manager people call friendly and personable. The free golf cart ride comes up too.
