About Plaza RV
Plaza RV sits in Bondurant and does more than sell campers. It carries Coachmen fifth wheels and travel trailers, plus Northern Lite truck campers and DACH golf carts. There is a service department and a parts counter, which matters when something breaks and you need a shop that also stocks what goes back on. Reviewers talk about roof jobs a lot. One owner with baseball hail damage said Plaza got them in the next day and worked with the insurance company while other shops were months out. Others mention quick repairs and pricing that held up against competitors, and one person came in for camper keys and left with two spares instead of a full lock set. The parts store gets a few mentions for having items on hand at fair prices. Not every review is warm. A couple of buyers say issues on used campers went unmentioned, so look a used unit over closely before you sign.

What renters mention
“After we had our RV get pummeled with baseball size hail and 60+mph winds, PlazaRV was able to get us in and get things righted in record time. Others were quoting three to four months just to get on a repair schedule.” – RV V., 2 years ago, on Google
“I lost the keys to my camper. I didn’t buy the camper from these guys. Went in thinking I’d have to buy all new locks. The guy took 15 mins to figure out what specific key I needed and sold me $8 worth of two new keys instead.” – Chris D., 2 years ago, on Google
“I recently purchased a camper from Plaza RV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Phil and Dave were phenomenal, and the entire staff was outstanding.” – Don G., a year ago, on Google
