About PleasureLand RV - Ramsey
PleasureLand RV on the Ramsey lot is a dealership first, but it also runs a repair shop and parts counter, so you can get warranty work and replacement parts without driving to another side of the Cities. It's one of six Minnesota locations. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Duane, Mike Kaplan, Sean, Nate, John, Matt, Andy and Kevin all get named for answering questions and walking first-time buyers through a setup. Warranty work is the most talked-about topic in the reviews, and several owners mention being treated with patience rather than a hard sell. One family says they've bought multiple RVs here, and coworkers followed. If something breaks mid-trip, call ahead and ask what the service bay can fit in. The sales side carries travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes and toy haulers, plus the hitch and add-on work that goes with a new rig.
