About PleasureLand RV - Shakopee
PleasureLand RV in Shakopee is a dealership first, but it covers more ground than that. Along with new and used RVs from names like Winnebago, Grand Design and Forest River, the lot handles parts, service, storage and camper supplies. It's one of nine PleasureLand locations across Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Reviews land at 4.6 stars over 351 of them, and the same themes keep coming up. People say staff are patient with questions, and salespeople like Sierra and Colleen get named for walking buyers through floor plans and pickup walkthroughs. Financing and same-day take-home come up too. Renters mention Nghia for clear walkthroughs before hitting the road. Service is the mixed part. A few reviewers say warranty work and parts availability weren't what they hoped, and one said a callback never came. Others had emergency fixes handled. Worth reading the recent service reviews yourself before booking a repair.
