About Precision RV

Precision RV is a repair shop and mobile service in Harrison, Arkansas, opened in August 2025 under new ownership. They are a registered service center for Brinkley RV and Forest River, and they handle warranty and insurance work along with in-house repairs. Air conditioning, furnaces, slide outs, plumbing, brakes, electrical, body and trim, batteries, roofs and awnings are all on the list. Parts, new and used, plus utility trailer service. Reviewers keep mentioning Tom by name. One traveler broke down with a bad axle just outside town and left the camper there, and Tom had a new axle ordered before they got home. Another had rotten wood from an exterior leak and got a few repair options at different budgets, then the job finished sooner than expected. A couple at an RV park had their a/c fail and Tom came out, tried to fix the old unit, then ordered and installed a new one on site. Someone with a loose awning arm called and Tom stayed late to get them back on the road. The shop sits at the old location but is not affiliated with the business that used to be there, so don't go by the old name. If you're passing through and something lets go, mobile service is on the menu.
