About Pro Tech RV
Pro Tech RV is a full service shop on the Colorado Springs side, started in 2011 by a guy doing onsite repair out of a truck. The crew still works that way for some jobs, and they handle everything from air conditioning and electrical to body and trim, oil changes and Airstream trailer renovation. Reviews point to insurance work as a strong suit. One owner said the shop proved roof damage the insurer questioned, then replaced the roof and it came out great. Others mention hail damage repair, 5th wheel work and awning replacement, with Kenny and Natasha getting named for keeping people updated. Several call the technicians knowledgeable and the estimates honest. The 4.7 rating across 264 reviews is not all praise. A few reviewers describe rough treatment at the counter and one describes a payment dispute that got ugly. Most of the feedback is about timely repairs and quality workmanship.
