About Pro-tek, LLC
Pro-tek, LLC in Gray, Louisiana, is an RV repair shop that also handles mobile calls. They work on roofs, AC units, and awnings, and they do annual maintenance, inspections, and winterization. If you're dealing with a warranty or insurance claim, they handle that paperwork too. Reviewers keep mentioning the roof work and the staff. One person drove in from Nebraska with a wrecked roof and skylights; the shop was too busy to fix it that day but still gave them sealant and parts and showed them how to patch it up. Another customer had a lifetime roof installed, wasn't happy at first, and said Jason stood behind the work and redid it until it was right. A third found the slide-out gears they needed in stock when other places would have had to order them. There's a 4.5-star average across 39 Google reviews. The shop handles chassis and parts, and they're set up for warranty and insurance work. Hours are posted, but it's not a 24/7 operation.

“I had an issue on my way out here from Nebraska. Busted out all my skylites and messed up my roof a bit.” – Jordan B., 9 months ago, on Google
“Stopped by today to see just by chance if they had the gears for my slide out in stock (checked other places and no one had them figured I would have to order them) sure enough Jason knew exactly what I needed and had it on the shelf.” – Gavin P., 8 years ago, on Google
