About Protech Inc
Protech Inc is an RV repair shop in Charleston, South Carolina. Reviewers mention a range of services, from AC and electrical work to brakes, steering and suspension, and body and trim. One customer with an older Winnebago said the office staff was knowledgeable and kept them informed throughout the project. Several reviews highlight promptness and communication. A camper owner dropped off on Wednesday and had it back Friday, and another technician was described as responsive and quick. Pricing comes up often, with one reviewer saying the work cost less than expected. A retired mechanic who full-times in a motorhome found them qualified for a fuel delivery issue. Staff get consistent praise. Multiple reviewers name Maddi and Melissa in the office as pleasant and on the ball, and one long-time customer called the team nice, professional, and hard working. Another noted they answer the phone, which mattered after three negative experiences elsewhere.
