About Rapid RV Repair
Rich runs a mobile RV repair service out of Greenwood, and the reviews suggest he is the person you want when something breaks mid-trip. He shows up at campgrounds and homes around the area. One reviewer staying at Brown County State Park had slide trouble on their fifth wheel, called him, and he answered right away and talked them through options. Furnace, water system, slide and AC work come up often in the feedback. People mention same-day visits and quick turnarounds, including a call at 6 pm that got handled the next morning. He also helps sort out warranty coverage, which several reviewers said they had no idea how to use until he walked them through it. He handles batteries, electrical, absorption refrigerators, water heaters and AC units, and keeps weekend and emergency availability. With 66 reviews at 4.9 stars, the pattern in them is consistent: polite, patient about explaining how things work, and quick to respond.
