About Roetzel RV & Parts Sales
Roetzel RV & Parts Sales sits in Searcy, Arkansas, and does a bit of everything: parts, accessories, sales and repair. It's visible from the highway, though reviewers warn the entrance is a little tricky to find. They say it's worth the effort. The parts counter gets the most praise. Reviewers mention finding what they needed in stock or ordered within a day or two, plus help with install diagrams when they got stuck. People list light fixtures and AC parts among their buys, and one noted the shop stocks a lot of camper parts. On the repair side, one traveler on a six week trip had a breakdown fixed in under an hour, squeezed in between other shop work. Another had a roof repaired and fifth wheels serviced. Staff knowledge comes up over and over, including a crew that troubleshooted a new rig in the parking lot past closing time.
