About RV Country ( Show Low )
RV Country in Lakeside, formerly Sunset RV, sells new and used RVs and runs a service department and parts store. It's a dealership, not just a repair shop, but they handle service work and have a parts counter. Reviews are mixed. The staff gets consistent praise for being friendly and knowledgeable. Several buyers mention Jennifer and Mike by name, saying they kept them informed and made the consignment process smooth. One reviewer called the walkthrough the best they'd had. Others describe paperwork being ready when they arrived and an inspection done while they grabbed lunch. The complaints are worth reading. One buyer says a predelivery inspection was missed and warranty issues were refused. Another says finance and sales managers dropped the ball twice. With 25 reviews at 3.8 stars, it's worth asking about the inspection and warranty coverage before you sign.
