About RV Mobile Services
RV Mobile Services in Shepherdsville handles repairs that come to you. Reviewers mention Eric by name, and the phone conversations come up often. One traveler stuck on a hot water problem got his take on the likely cause before booking anything, and another says he passed along the number of a shop that could handle the job his outfit couldn't. Results in the reviews run both ways. A camper owner traveling through had heat fixed on site and said prices were fair, with quality work to match. A heated water hose bought there drew praise for reasonable pricing and helpful staff. At the same time, one customer says a $540 visit didn't solve the problem, and another was turned away over the size of their rig. Expect a call ahead. A reviewer notes Eric was running about three days behind when they spoke. Ask what the shop can take on for your unit before you commit.
