About RV Outlet
RV Outlet sits in Eugene and runs as both an RV dealer and a repair shop, so you can buy a rig and have it serviced at the same address. The lot covers motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and diesel pushers from several manufacturers, and they're an authorized dealer for Salem (Forrest River), GulfStream and Travel Lite. The service center handles repairs, parts, accessories and maintenance. Reviews split down the middle, which matches the 4.0 rating across 170 of them. Trailer selection comes up most, and buyers mention a smooth sales process and no pressure from the staff. Several say the finance manager worked with their credit to get them approved. Repair work gets a few mentions too, including a leak that was fixed after a purchase. A few reviews are blunt warnings about extended warranties and repairs not being finished before a sale. If a warranty is part of your deal, read the paperwork closely.
