About RVFix of Lincoln
RVFix of Lincoln is based in Roca, Nebraska, and handles RV repairs both by sending a mobile tech to you and through a video call with a master-level technician. They also repair AC units, awnings, fridges, furnaces, slide outs, and more. The shop processes warranty claims and orders parts so your downtime is shorter. Reviewers often mention how helpful and patient the staff are. Several say they got their problem diagnosed on a video call within minutes, and that warranty replacement parts were ordered without hassle. One customer called late at night and was still met with a cheerful, knowledgeable tech who walked them through troubleshooting a weight distribution hitch and trailer lights. Others talk about learning on the spot. A first-time camper owner was guided through winterizing over the phone, and another reviewer appreciated the extra tips on camper maintenance. The 4.9-star rating from 61 reviews backs up the pattern: people find the process easy and the techs willing to answer questions.
