About Scenic View RV
Scenic View RV is a family owned dealership and repair shop on the West Point side of Virginia, and the reviews suggest the owners are the reason people keep coming back. Nick and Susan show up in a lot of them, usually for answering questions, whether that's during a walkthrough or a phone call from a campground months later. One reviewer said Nick talked them through a failed AC unit over the phone and saved them a mobile repair bill. They sell fifth wheels and travel trailers, and several reviewers have bought more than one rig here over the years. The buying process gets described as easy and honest, with staff who take time on camper selection instead of rushing you. A technician handles the initial walkthrough, and service and maintenance reviews are positive too. Not every review is glowing. One owner reported a leaky pump that caused damage, and another had tire valve stems fail on a drive to Florida. Roof and AC work come up in reviews alongside mobile help. Call ahead for hours and scheduling.
