About Scotts RV
Scotts RV is a family owned dealer and repair shop on the Vancouver side, handling roof and AC work along with the usual chassis and engine jobs. The parts department is on site, and they keep weekend hours, which helps when something breaks on a Saturday. Reviews are split. One buyer of a 2019 Thor Chateau praised Ken, Brian and Scott by name and said a bad tire and dead backup camera got fixed at no charge after the sale. Others had a rough time, calling out roof and slide leaks and mold found under the carpet, and a few warn plainly about buying here. Some reviewers describe no-pressure sales and a laid-back atmosphere. Others call the sales side pushy and the repairs shaky. With a 3.5 rating across 174 reviews, the record is mixed. Read the recent ones before you commit, especially if you're buying used.
