About Shasta Lake RV
Shasta Lake RV is a repair shop in Shasta Lake, California. Reviews mention roof work, and the owner gets mixed marks for how he handles the job. One customer says a small roof leak got sealer and pushback when they asked for the old sealant removed first. Other reviewers describe prices as lower than other shops, and one calls the owner friendly and informative. The complaints are pointed: a refrigerator that came back still not working after several visits, a phone call described as rude, and a charge questioned for a part. Seven Google reviews average 2.7 stars. If you want a written estimate before work starts and clear answers on what is being fixed, ask up front. That pattern shows up in the reviews more than once.
