About Shipley's Mobile RV Service, LLC
Shipley's runs mobile calls and a shop in Lindale, so you can have a tech come to your site or bring the rig in for bigger work. Roof, A/C, electrical, plumbing, chassis, suspension, black tank and general maintenance are all on the list. They've been around a while, and the crew's combined experience shows in how fast they sort out a problem. Reviewers keep coming back to the technicians, calling them professional and knowledgeable. One traveler stuck near Tyler with a hydraulic leak got two techs sent out and was back on the road. Another rolled in with a dead A/C and had a new unit installed in a few hours. People also mention heater and trailer repairs, quick fixes, and slide, awning and roof work. Warranty coordination comes up too. A customer said they worked with a Good Sam warranty on a full A/C replacement. There's a 90-day labor warranty on the work. Parts are stocked for some jobs. They aren't open weekends, so plan around that if you're on a schedule.

What renters mention
“We were passing thru the Tyler area (Bullard, TX) staying at Buchman’s RV Resort for the night. When I put down the hydraulic jacks I noticed only 4 of 6 went down then heard the pump continuing to run.” – James B., 10 months ago, on Google
“WOW!!!!! When I say this is an AMAZING company ~ it doesn’t even do them justice! I was in shock of how fast this company came to our rescue in 105 degree weather and an RV air conditioning problem!” – Calecia F., 3 years ago, on Google
“They are knowledgeable, great and fair. There was a water leak in my 5th Wheel RV wet bay. I tried diagnosing it myself ... looked like the water pump was messed up and leaking and maybe a connector.” – Philip S., 10 months ago, on Google
