About Southern RV

Southern RV in DeLand is part dealership, part repair shop, part parts store. The parts counter is the biggest around, and it covers things like awning parts, slide out toppers, and the usual odds and ends. Certified RVDA-RVIA techs handle service on all makes and models, from roof and AC work to awning repair and replacement. Weekend hours are limited, so call before you drive over. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Several describe it as family owned and say the staff are kind, patient, and happy to answer questions more than once. One owner said they were told when a fix was simple enough to do themselves, which saved a few bucks. Another mentioned borrowing a template to install a vent fan they bought there. Parts availability and helpful ordering come up too. Not every visit lands. One reviewer was told the shop doesn't work on generators after dropping the rig off, and another wished the place were open on Saturdays for shoppers. Most of the 219 reviews are positive, though, and a few buyers mention flying in from out of state to pick up a rig. If you are mid-trip with something broken, the parts store alone is worth a stop.
