About Southside Tire & Auto, LLC
Southside Tire & Auto is an auto repair shop in Grand Rapids that also takes on RV work, listing itself simply as Automotive & RV Repair. The service menu covers A/C installation and repair, brakes, batteries, electrical repair, engine diagnostics and engine repair, plus air and cabin filter replacement. Reviewers bring up diagnosis a lot, and several mention brakes and tire repair. One driver passing through with a truck and boat had a bearing go out at night; Southside was the only shop in town that would look at it, and the repair went ahead. Others describe prompt service and staff who check that the vehicle is safe before it leaves. The reviews are not all warm. Some customers report return visits for the same problem, and a few say the shop did not stand behind its work. A couple of people felt talked down to. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you book.
