About Stivers Ford PRO Elite Commercial Service Center
This is Ford's first Pro Elite commercial service center in Iowa, and it takes non-Ford vehicles too, from Class 1 through Class 7 plus electric. Motorhomes and RVs are part of the mix. Over 24 repair stations sit behind it, along with a commercial parts operation and certified Allison Transmission work, diagnosis and warranty repairs included. Reviews run both ways. A few owners praise the staff by name and say they were in and out, with warranty deals handled. Others had a rough time: one planned a quick turnaround and then had to call repeatedly for updates and a written estimate. Another said electronic issues went unresolved, though an oil change should be fine. The facility itself gets described as state of the art. Service covers air conditioning, brakes, batteries, electrical, diagnostics, oil changes, steering and suspension, plus air and cabin filters. It's a truck shop first, so expect a commercial pace.
