About Superior RV Inc.
Superior RV Inc. in Cleburne, Texas, is a repair shop that also comes to you. They handle air conditioning, body and trim, electrical, water heaters, and general maintenance. That mix of mobile service and a shop means they can often fix things on the spot. Reviewers mention friendly staff and quick responses. One said they showed up within 10 minutes and fixed the issue, saving a vacation. Another noted the owner is hands-on and oversees the work. Someone else called them professional and courteous, adding they listen to concerns. Not every visit goes perfectly. A customer described a late arrival and multiple failed parts on a hot day. Another mentioned a warranty repair that took three weeks to get a new refrigerator, though they didn't blame the shop. The shop works with warranty companies, which can help when something major breaks.
