About That RV Specialist
That RV Specialist is an RV repair shop in Benton, Kentucky, that also offers mobile service. They're a certified, licensed, and insured LLC, and the owners are full-time RVers themselves. So they get why it matters to find someone you can trust when something breaks on the road. Reviewers consistently mention the polite staff, often naming Austin and Brittany, and how quickly they diagnose problems. One camper had a toilet leak at the Paducah KOA and Austin came out the same day. Another had a slide issue fixed at their campground after parts arrived. People also bring up water heater repairs, roof inspections, and tire replacement, and a few note there was no upsell. With a 4.9-star rating from 98 Google reviews, it's clear they've built a reputation for straight answers and fast repairs. Mobile service is available, and they handle R&R A/C, furnace diagnosis, roof work, awnings, and chassis checks. If you're stuck mid-trip, this is the kind of place other RVers point you to.

What renters mention
“While camping in the Paducah KOA, our toilet sprang two leaks. I asked the campground owner if he knew a mobile service repair person. He happened to be talking to a young man who worked for That RV Specialist. His name is Austin.” – Bob L., 2 years ago, on Google
“These folks ARE the real deal! Austin knows his stuff. We had an issue with our slide and they were able to get to the campground to diagnose and get the part ordered.” – Scot M., 2 years ago, on Google
“Austin and his staff are too notch. We took our "new" to us travel trailer in for a roof inspection and some other details. They worked our trailer inspection into their busy schedule before we left for our next camping adventure.” – Lucy B., 4 months ago, on Google
