About The Custom Coach Company
The Custom Coach Company has been fixing and servicing RVs in Baltimore since 1946, back when it built custom RVs and mobile showrooms. These days it runs a parts store and a repair shop that handles appliance work, electrical, LP gas, body damage and customizing. They also do mobile service and insurance claims, and they're open weekends. Reviewers keep coming back to the counter staff. One person with a broken-down gooseneck trailer said the young woman helping had deep knowledge of trailers and parts, and plenty of others describe the staff as helpful and accommodating. Another said the shop squeezed them in the next day to replace a propane hose before a trip, even with appointments booked weeks out. A few mention the store being well stocked with the parts they needed. Not every review is glowing. One customer says a new air conditioner came with wrong parts and problems followed. That's worth knowing before you book.
