About THILO YOUNG RV SERVICES
Thilo Young RV Services is a mobile RV repair shop in Covina, California. That means Thilo comes to your rig instead of you hauling it to a shop. One reviewer called that "huge" when they were stuck with a problem they didn't understand. He handles electrical, appliance, awning, plumbing, and gear repair, plus on-site work. Reviewers say he diagnoses quickly and returns with the right parts. One told of a heater that was blowing black smoke; other shops and the manufacturer couldn't fix it, but Thilo found the wrong exhaust part and replaced just that. Another mentioned he explained RV care and pointed them to cleaners and sanitizers. He doesn't do warranty work, and he'll tell you straight if he's not your cheapest option. Reviews repeatedly call him honest and professional, and one person said he answered the phone and gave advice even though he couldn't take the job. With a 4.5 rating from 15 reviews, he's worth a call when something breaks.

What renters mention
“First off, Thilo came to my RV, I didn't have to take it to him and that was huge. Second, I had no idea what I had gotten into when I purchased an RV.” – Andy G., 13 years ago, on Google
“Top notch I had a heater issue that no one could figure out on a late model toy hauler. My heater was rolling coal from the exhaust like an over fueled diesel truck.” – John F., 9 months ago, on Google
“I gave him 5 stars based on his professionalism. I emailed him about some warranty work we needed. He replied in less than an hour that he did not do warranty work.” – Karen Z., 5 years ago, on Google
