About TJs RV
TJ's RV sits in Concord and handles the stuff that breaks on a trip: roof leaks, AC, awnings, refrigerators, generators, windows, and fifth wheels. Thomas Chapman started the shop in 2015, and the crew brings more than 20 years of experience. They also run indoor and outdoor storage and do mobile service and inspections. The reviews lean hard on trust. People call it a small family operation, with Thomas and his son Luke treating customers like family. Reviewers mention technicians who track down the source of a water leak and explain the options and cost before touching anything. Several came in for warranty work on slides, and more than one was on a road trip when they called, including a driver referred by Tiffin Motorhomes. With 112 Google reviews at 4.8 stars, the pattern holds. Folks praise the honesty and the updates on repairs. It's a mom and pop setup, and the reviewers say so.
