About United RV Centers Inc
United RV Centers is a family-owned RV dealer and repair shop on Highway 411 in Chatsworth, Georgia, about 45 minutes from Chattanooga and 20 from Dalton. They've been in business since 1991 and are now in their second generation. The lot carries A-class and C-class motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers, destination trailers, and travel trailers, and they do quality checks on every unit before it leaves. They also offer warranty and parts. Reviewers often mention the fifth wheel selection and the informative, laid-back staff. Several say they got a good deal and appreciated no-pressure sales. One buyer of a used Class A said they kept their handshake deal to fix things before delivery, even catching something overlooked. Another praised the sales and prep crew for having requested mods done and the unit ready on time. Service experiences are mixed. One owner had a new converter and propane valve fail soon after purchase, and another said their fifth wheel sat four months with little communication. Sales gets more consistent praise than service. If you're shopping, the reviews suggest an honest, down-to-earth crew.
