About Universal Marine & RV
Universal Marine & RV in Rochester sells RVs and boats, and also handles repairs. The sales side gets credit for no-pressure experiences and help with financing, with several reviewers mentioning a smooth purchase. One customer praised the lack of pressure, another said financing was good. Service is a mixed bag. Some reviewers had positive outcomes, like a mobile tech sent out the next day for a jammed slide. Others report communication problems and slow turnaround, including a camper that went missing from their records and a winterization mix-up. With a 3.8 rating from over 200 reviews, it's a place where your experience may depend on the day. They work on leaks, awnings, and body damage, and offer parts and warranty support. If you need work done, it may be worth confirming the details up front.
