About Unplug RV
Unplug RV handles sales, consignments, inspections and repairs out of Lincoln, and they also send techs to you. RV owners in the reviews keep bringing up price, and most of them come away saying the bill was fair and matched the estimate. A few note that the quote they got up front was the quote they paid. Mobile calls are a real part of the business. Reviewers describe techs arriving fast, including on a weekend when a fridge fan quit in near 100 degree heat at the county fair. Others write about hydraulic lines on a slide out, roof repair, lithium batteries and a refrigerator fix. The technicians get called knowledgeable over and over. One customer had a seized tongue jack and had help within 90 minutes. For buyers, the reviews tell a different story than the usual pushy lot. People mention patient sales staff, honest answers to newbie questions, and small items fixed before pickup. Financing and extended warranty help come up too.
